What chemists are seeing.

In early use, chemists move through route planning noticeably faster than with tools from far larger, far better-resourced platforms, because the output is shaped around their own chemistry.

Why Ryniant

Harness your lab's intelligence

How it works

Under the hood

One molecule, (R)-Mirdametinib, followed from brief to quote. Every structure below is the real one.

01

Put in a molecule and a brief.

Accept SMILES, a name, or a drawn structure, including molecules with no published route, plus a brief in the language you would use at the whiteboard. It parses the brief into constraints it plans against, and connects your inventory and equipment.

02

Give it your chemistry.

Ingest your past routes, papers, ELN records and SOPs. It extracts the reactions your lab has actually run and plans the new target by analogy, citing the exact record.

03

Strategy before the route.

It settles the disconnection strategy first, convergence and where the stereocentre gets set, then builds the route against it. Every assumption is cited and checked.

04

See the evidence.

Real citations on precedented steps, honest labelling on the ones with none, and every validation check shown.

05

Now make it run at your scale.

Ryniant tells how much of each step to make, optimized for your desired scale. It sizes every batch against your vessels, your thermal data and hard mass limits, picks a purification that holds at that scale, and names anything it could not evaluate.

06

When a step will not scale, it reworks it.

A step that fails a constraint does not get dropped or quietly softened. It generates repairs along genuinely different lines, scores each against the constraint that broke it, and shows you the ones it rejected.

07

The campaign, dated.

Every operation in every batch lands on a calendar against your shifts and your equipment, so the answer is a finish date rather than a step count.

08

Source it and quote it.

From the same plan: a bill of materials with live supplier pricing, lead time and import estimates, per-step labour, summed into a client-ready quote where every line names where it came from.
